Expansionsmanager overseeing expansion of site portfolio in northern and eastern Germany. Responsible for property evaluation, project management, and site development processes.
Responsibilities
As an Expansion Manager (m/f/d) you will actively support the expansion of our site portfolio in northern and eastern Germany — with a focus on Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Berlin, Brandenburg and Hamburg.
You will review and structurally pre-screen incoming property offers (e.g., from food retail, retail parks, leisure and service properties) and assess their suitability for our business model.
You will be responsible for sourcing relevant location information, preparing project data sheets and organizing and conducting internal coordination meetings to support decision-making.
In close coordination with internal specialist departments and company management, you will accompany the development of potential sites up to final project approval.
You will oversee existing and new sites during project implementation and act as a contact person for follow-up, coordination and communication — both internally and externally.
Additionally, you will support the planning, organization and distribution of sales-related materials and campaigns — without active sales activities or new customer acquisition.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Insurance and Finance Clerk) or hold a degree in business administration.
Preferably, you have initial experience in sales and/or project management.
Driving licence (Class B).
Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
