Responsibilities

  • Sales leadership in process control systems: You direct and support all sales activities for the introduction and expansion of our solution portfolio.
  • Customized proposal preparation: You identify customer needs, conduct technical clarifications, define technical solution approaches together with the project teams, and translate these into formal proposals.
  • Account management: Through continuous engagement with technical and commercial decision‑makers, you develop and maintain stable business relationships.
  • Contract negotiation and project support: You lead contract negotiations and provide sales support throughout project execution.
  • Competitive analysis: You monitor trends and competitor activities to gather insights that inform strategic decisions and market adjustments.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in an electrotechnical discipline such as automation, communication technology or IT
  • Desirable: practical experience, strong process understanding and application‑ready knowledge in control and automation engineering
  • Negotiation‑level German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Advantageous: experience with industry‑specific system technologies (SIMATIC, HIMAX, WinCC OA, ZENON) or communication standards (PROFINET, OPC‑UA, MQTT, BACnet)
