Responsibilities
- Act as a design engineer as part of a wider team to deliver complex infrastructure projects
- Proposal development, undertake Business Development initiatives
- Provide hands-on designs using FLOW and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with others in the team and other disciplines
- Mentor and coach earlier career engineers within the team
- Support the sector and client leads across the business
- Deliver designs under minimal guidance from senior team members
Requirements
- A solid track record of delivering projects and working in the UK on highways and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable knowledge of UK engineering guidance, including hydraulic design standard and processes.
- Experience working on Hydraulic Feasibility Studies, Detailed Drainage Strategies, Flood Risk Assessments and Sc104 Detailed Design.
- Good FLOW (or similar) and AUTOCAD skills.
- Achieved or Working towards Chartership with Institute of Civil Engineers or similar
- Must have a full, current, driving licence valid in the UK.
