Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time placement solutions
  • Market to Technology leaders via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Participate in local association and networking events
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Technology degree preferred
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a Technology related field is preferred
  • Proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
  • Combination of business development and account management skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of success and competitive self-motivation.
