- Possess an understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- Advanced verbal and written communication skills

- Active CRC registration (preferred)
- Knowledge of US and BR GAAP, IFRS, CVM and SEC regulations (preferred)
- Knowledge of SOX (preferred)
