About the role
- Financial Auditor participating in audit missions for Exco Nexiom. Engaging in various audit tasks and maintaining client relations with a focus on professional development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in audit engagements as a member of audit teams
- Prepare documentation to gain an understanding of entities and engagement planning documents
- Analyze audit risks and entities' internal control procedures
- Assist with entities' physical inventory procedures
- Audit annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements
- Perform file summaries and prepare audit reports
- Gain exposure to the variety of audit work and industry sectors
- Support the execution of audit engagements with clients
- Receive training in audit methodology and tools
- Develop knowledge and skills in line with professional aspirations
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting/Audit/Finance (e.g., CCA, DSCG, or business school specialized in Audit) or currently completing the French Chartered Accountant diploma (DEC)
- Initial experience in audit or public accounting
- Alternatively, candidates with a BTS or Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in accounting with significant audit experience
- Comfortable working in teams and building client relationships
- Good command of IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)
- Familiarity with accounting and audit software is a plus
