Requirements
- University law degree
- 5 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally including both international law firm and in-house experience with an international financial services organization.
- Strong legal skills (drafting and analytical).
- Ability to analyze complex legal problems and develop suitable solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, understanding of business, corporate governance and regulatory issues.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with financial and audit services regulatory matters, company law, employment law, intellectual property and cross-border issues.
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Understanding of when issues need to be reported or escalated.
- Flexible team player, strategic thinker, solutions-oriented, problem solver.
- Must be qualified as an attorney through the national bar examination.
