About the role

• Technical Lead responsible for leading development efforts and team coordination for financial institutions at EY GDS Spain. Requires strong leadership and technical expertise in cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating a deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Leveraging your hands-on technology experience to provide technical leadership to the team, taking up difficult technical stories/spikes as needed.
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders.
• Ensuring quality delivery of the team by applying knowledge of best practices within EY and the wider technology sphere.
• Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to the team.
• Effectively leading the team to deliver stable and quality products.
• Core areas of development include: API management, Microservice development, Leading technical integrations with third-party services, Coordinating and delivering implementation tasks developed in every sprint, Managing uploads to production, Assisting the functional team by resolving technical issues, Managing Kubernetes, Refining user stories, Contributing to the improvement of the quality of code delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology
• At least 4 years of experience as developer
• Organized, analytical, methodical and motivated to grow
• English and Spanish fluid is a must
• Computer skills: Javascript, typescript, nodejs, React, Postman, Kubernetes, Docker, No SQL, EVM Based blockchains, Solidity, ZKP, Azure cloud (AKS, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, AKV, Storage Account, Azure Functions), AZURE Application Gateway (WAF), Azure APIM, AAD, AAD B2C, IAM Keycloak, Azure Managed Identities, YARP proxy, Github Actions.
