Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and minimum of 7 years of related work experience
- Knowledge in at least three corporate real estate transaction services disciplines
- Experience supporting project management activities
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- High proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position
- Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
