Requirements

Serve as a guardian of IT service best practices by recommending controls, assessing improvements, and monitoring compliance with policies, internal documents, roles and responsibilities through metrics and indicators.
- Participate in processes and activities related to the design, delivery and support of IT services, ensuring alignment with IT Governance strategic objectives. Promote continuous improvement by following best practices and driving the evolution of governance maturity.
- Conduct assessments of the Service Value System (SVS), evaluating guiding principles, governance, the service value chain, best practices and continual improvement in accordance with industry methodology principles.
