Responsibilities
Realizar negociação de prospecção, manutenção e reativação de clientes, através de levantamento das necessidades dos clientes via visita presencial ou outras formas de contato, para subsidiar a análise de viabilidade comercial, garantindo a fidelização da carteira de clientes e atingimento as metas da unidade;
Analisar o faturamento das propostas comerciais, acompanhando relatórios de valores de fretes embarcados pelo cliente, para identificar se a mesma está de acordo com as negociações realizadas e verificar se a proposta comercial está rentável ao serviço prestado, visando o cumprimento das metas da unidade e a sustentabilidade do negócio;
Buscar e analisar serviços e valores praticados pelo mercado para propor ações de melhorias no serviço prestado pela Expresso São Miguel e desenvolver estratégias de negociações comerciais;
Elaborar agenda de visitas presenciais, conforme orientação do comercial corporativo e de relatórios comercias, para a prospecção, manutenção e reativação da carteira de clientes.
Requirements
Ensino Médio Completo.
Experiência na área de Vendas e Atendimento ao Cliente;
CNH: Categoria “B”.;
Carro próprio.
