- Leading Test or IVVQ background
Requirements
- A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject
- Engineering Management
- Project Management understanding (Critical path control, Risk understanding)
- Worked as an engineer on either Hardware, Software or Systems engineering.
- Full knowledge of 'V' lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Stakeholder Management
- Resource and Integrated Business Planning
- Anti-Submarine Warfare (above & below surface) and Mine Countermeasures experience.
- In Service and Future Defence background.
- MOD experience
- Experience Engineering Management, (Problem solving, Systems Engineering (MBSE is desirable)
- Leadership & Management Resource and Integrated Business Planning
- Marine / Air defence projects desirable
- SC clearance already in place
