Responsibilities
Support the Product Support EI&E Director and OU Program Manager objectives
Serve as the technical authority on Reliability and Fault Diagnostics
Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to engineering team members
Coordinate with other Reliability and Fault Diagnostics leaders across the company to ensure sharing and alignment of best practices
Maintain cognizance of shifting best practices, procedures, and USG guidance documents
Coordinate with other Engineering, Field Support, and other functions as needed
Support SMTs (Supplier Management Teams) as necessary
Formally present technical status and solutions to leadership and the customer
Act as the CAM for Reliability and Fault Diagnostics work packages as needed
Support and shape proposal activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Science Technology Engineering Math)
at least 9 years of related experience in Reliability, PHM, and/or another related experience or 7 years with Master's Degree in STEM
Must have an active government Secret Clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret Clearance, Special Access Program (SAP), and SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company
Willing and able to travel up to 25%
US Citizenship is a requirement for employment
Current active in-scope government Top Secret Clearance with V2 special access (Preferred)
Experience using reliability analysis software (Reliasoft preferred) (Preferred)
Relevant experience in adjacent logistics support elements (Preferred)
ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (Preferred)
Previous experience driving process changes/improvements and leading multi-functional teams (Preferred)
