About the role
- Process Injection Engineer at Expleo overseeing injection ceramic processes and improvements. Deploying new tools while ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
Responsibilities
- Être le référent technique du procédé d’injection céramique pour les projets Nouveaux Produits et Investissements
- Déployer des nouveaux moyens tels que les presses à injection, fours, machines spéciales etc.
- Mettre en place des projets d’amélioration vie série sur les process ou produits existants en lien avec la réalisation de composants en céramique
- Industrialiser les nouvelles opérations
- Mettre en place les essais technologiques
- Soutenir l’exploitation en cas de dérive des process existants
- Assurer la veille technologique du procédé d’injection céramique
Requirements
- Ingénieur HES, EPF ou équivalent en matériaux, céramique, injection ou traitement thermique
- 10 ans d’expériences minimum dans l'injection céramique et le traitement thermiques de composants en céramique
- Maîtrise d'outils qualité de résolution de problème tels que 8D et Pareto
- Connaissance de SAP un plus
- Être proactif et avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Très bonne communication orale et écrite
- Avoir un bon esprit d’équipe, être à l'écoute et autonome
