- Experience in upstream process engineering studies for Trim & Chassis projects (digital examination, 3D modelling & simulation, Operation sheet creation, process requirement checks)
- Perform Part trajectory study/ equipment examination / 3D simulation / 3D modelling / upstream process studies / Operation sheet creation / Process benchmarking / Process reqt check etc., as per schedule following standard procedure.
- Carry out digital study of TC Facility.
- Support for physical builds on line - I&C, Process stabilisation , Handover , Sign-off
Requirements
- BE/Diploma
- Essential skills expertise in CATIA / Enovia / Space vision / Process simulator / Unigraphics software
- sound knowledge in vehicle assembly process
- Experience 2-5 years. If good candidate, higher experience 5-9 years is acceptable.
