Responsibilities
Own the account P&L or shadow P&L, ensuring healthy revenue growth, margin performance, and forecast accuracy.
Develop and execute structured account plans, identifying new buying centres, stakeholders, and growth opportunities.
Drive proactive pipeline creation within existing accounts through insight-led conversations and opportunity discovery.
Lead commercial negotiations, renewals and pricing strategies, balancing growth, value, and sustainability.
Convert delivery successes into new engagements, expanded scope, references, and long-term annuity deals.
Act as the executive owner of customer success for your accounts, accountable for satisfaction, outcomes, and renewal readiness.
Define clear success criteria, value metrics, and outcome tracking for major engagements, ensuring value is visible and measured.
Lead or sponsor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on value realised, not just activity delivered.
Anticipate client risks, dissatisfaction, or value leakage; intervene early to protect trust, revenue, and reputation.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring Expleo remains relevant and ahead of client needs.
Provide senior oversight across delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery, and from initial projects to scaled programmes or managed services.
Escalate and resolve delivery issues decisively, maintaining client confidence and internal alignment.
Build deep, multi-threaded relationships with CXO, business and technology leaders, mapping influence and decision-making structures.
Shape end-to-end, outcome-led solutions across Expleo’s service lines (e.g. Cloud, Data & AI, Engineering, Assurance).
Requirements
Proven experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions.
Strong track record of delivering sustained year-on-year revenue growth and margin improvement across assigned accounts.
Solid understanding of delivery models (project, programme, managed services), governance structures, and service quality management.
Demonstrated ability to translate delivery outcomes into commercial expansion (upsell, cross-sell, renewals, multi-year deals).
Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and balance client advocacy with firm economics.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment, influencing and aligning sales, delivery, and solution teams towards a shared account strategy.
Structured and data-driven approach to account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills – calm, credible and composed under pressure.
