Responsibilities
- Working in close collaboration with a Senior PrPM or a Sub-System Manager to provide proper time management information
- Develop and maintain the project schedule for the area
- Manage efficiently planning deliverable issuance
- Facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders
- In tender: Analyse the schedule management requirements and define the tender preparation schedule
- Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and propose optimizations
- Participate in the validation of the project baseline
- Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting gaps between the actual and the baseline
- Organize and lead periodic project schedule sessions for the area
- Prepare schedule and progress reports
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Project management and industrial background
- Project scheduler experience is a plus
- Basic overall knowledge of railway products
- Good knowledge of the Sub-System
- Agility to juggle with schedules simulations and various scenarios
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team worker
- Ability to challenge sub-system team and be proactive in proposing solutions
- Comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment
