About the role

  • Operations Manager overseeing field services and coordinating activities with contractors and clients at ServiceLink. Focused on team management and daily production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of employees responsible for reviewing contractor bids and coordinating property preservation activity with investors, insurers and clients.
  • Maintain strong focus on daily production (staff outflow) and pipeline management (volume inflow).
  • Responsible for contributing to the hiring process, interviewing and disciplinary action.
  • Coordinate processes and build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Respond to audit and non-compliance issues as discovered and presented by management.
  • Assign work to staff when needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Prefer 1-2 years management experience.
  • Ability to excel in a high-impact position with fast-paced, deadline driven environment required.
  • Prefer 1-2 years property claims experience, property preservation experience or construction knowledge.
