About the role
- Sourcing Associate responsible for leading sourcing projects and developing category strategies at data analytics company EXL. Ensuring effective supplier performance while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end contract lifecycle activities, including creation, review, and execution of supplier contracts.
- Assist in drafting standard templates such as MSA, SOW, NDA, and Amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with category managers, legal, and business stakeholders to route contracts for approval.
- Maintain and update the contract repository and ensure metadata accuracy in contract management systems.
- Track key contract milestones such as renewals, expirations, and obligations.
- Conduct preliminary checks on supplier and contract compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in preparing contract summaries and reports for leadership and audit reviews.
- Support sourcing events and supplier onboarding as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in **Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Basic understanding of **commercial terms and contract structures** preferred
