Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using PEGA CDH.
- Work extensively with Context Dictionaries, configuring and optimizing decisioning strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end NBA design, including strategy, configuration, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Work on PEGA PRPC for application development and integration with CDH components.
- Ensure compliance with PEGA standards and maintain system integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (Primary) – Certification must be at least 2 years old.
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (Secondary).
- Minimum 7+ years of overall experience in PEGA development and architecture.
- Rich experience with PEGA CDH and Next Best Action Designer (NBAD).
- Hands-on experience in designing NBA strategies from scratch.
- Strong understanding of Context Dictionaries and configuration.
- Extensive experience with PEGA PRPC.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables effectively.
