Responsibilities
Manage the flow of all project information, ensuring Building Information Models (BIM) are accurate
Ensure all stakeholders have timely access to current, validated, and well‑documented information to support efficient project delivery
Oversee the organization’s technical and quality documentation systems
Ensure accurate and timely document control
Maintain compliance with applicable standards
Provide accessible documentation to engineering, production, and quality teams
Route documents for required approvals
Support an efficient, compliant, and well‑organized document control process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in BIM, engineering, or architecture, including document control and information management
Proficient in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems and data analysis tools
Familiar with ISO 19650, LOD standards, and industry documentation protocols
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organization, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
Experience with document management in factory operations, maintenance, or capital projects
Familiarity with pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or healthcare manufacturing environments
Understanding of project execution lifecycles and ability to drive results across diverse technical teams.
