About the role
- Field Insurance Inspector conducting residential and commercial insurance surveys for EXL. Analyzing replacement costs and assessing risks for high value homes and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and onsite inspections of high value homes and small businesses for personal and commercial lines insurance companies to analyze replacement cost value and to assess risk.
- Complete the requisite number of surveys each month to achieve personal revenue production goals, and complete other special projects as assigned by their manager.
- Observe and assess physical and liability hazards to the property, including natural hazards such as wildfire and hurricane exposure. Document all such hazards for underwriting, including recommendations for risk improvement.
