About the role

  • Commercial Sédentaire managing e-commerce development, customer relations, and order management. Requires experience in online sales and digital tools within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Business development: follow-up and active management of the existing customer portfolio, prospecting for new clients and outreach using the digital channels appropriate to our e-commerce activity
  • Customer relations and service: handling incoming calls and email inquiries, providing technical and commercial advice, after-sales service (SAV) and dispute resolution
  • Order management: preparing quotes, initiating production, basic verification of print files and following orders through to delivery
  • Coordination: liaising with production teams to ensure deadlines are met and communicating with suppliers

Requirements

  • First experience in inside sales or customer relations
  • Experience selling products online
  • BTS NDRC (Sales and Digital Customer Relations) or equivalent preferred
  • A drive for sales challenges and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with digital tools and e-commerce environments
  • Organized, methodical and autonomous
  • Excellent written language skills (spelling) and proficiency with office software
  • Knowledge of the signage or printing industry is a plus
