- Participate in payroll configuration and social regulation updates
- Work on social and HR advisory assignments (social audits, labour cost analysis, etc.) and monitor changes in social legislation.
Requirements
- Specialized payroll qualification (professional certificate, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a payroll/accounting firm or in a multi–collective bargaining environment
- Strong proficiency with Silae payroll software
- Organized, meticulous and adaptable
- Customer-service oriented with strong team spirit
