About the role
- Production Manager overseeing assembly line operations to achieve production targets and maintain process quality standards. Responsible for team training and quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Achieving the production targets in assembly line
- Strong knowledge on assembly process and will to implement continuous improvements.
- Responsible for production target with targeted FTT from assembly line
- Adhere and sustain the high standard process and product quality for assembly
- Should be able to train & guide the Engineers
- Should be able to analyze issues related to quality and take effective counter measures
- Able to overcome bottlenecks and to implement new techniques to improve the productivity
- Upkeep the Quality management systems (IATF , OSHAS and EMS )
- Optimizing the utilization of Men and equipment
- Ensure 5S and discipline on shop floor & Maintaining production equipment
- Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (Similar to SAP or MES)
