About the role

Responsibilities

- Authorize and activate contracts in line with operational procedures and company policies
- Proactively follow up on irregular or incomplete documentation to minimize delays and ensure smooth processing
- Provide assistance to the Collections team by handling overflow calls and supporting with administrative duties
- Contribute to the Hardship process by gathering and compiling relevant customer information for submission to the Credit team for assessment
- Support Remarketing activities as needed, including the coordination of repossessed asset remarketing and managing GBB (Guaranteed Buy Back) returns
