Responsibilities

contributing to the completion of the daily workflow of the department
Assist the Customer Support team by handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as performing associated administrative tasks
Ensure accurate and timely completion of settlements by reviewing finance documentation for compliance, while meeting individual and team KPIs
Authorize and activate contracts in line with operational procedures and company policies
Proactively follow up on irregular or incomplete documentation to minimize delays and ensure smooth processing
Provide assistance to the Collections team by handling overflow calls and supporting with administrative duties
Contribute to the Hardship process by gathering and compiling relevant customer information for submission to the Credit team for assessment
Support Remarketing activities as needed, including the coordination of repossessed asset remarketing and managing GBB (Guaranteed Buy Back) returns
