Survey Technician conducting field surveys and GIS application development for the evm-Gruppe. Planning, executing, and managing GIS-related projects with modern surveying instruments and software.
Responsibilities
Planning and carrying out surveying work using total stations (tachymeter) and GPS
Supporting the further development/configuration of the GIS application
Performing quality checks and data corrections
Bulk data updates and special projects within the GIS environment
Capturing, reviewing, and editing GIS data across all utility disciplines
Producing plan reports and thematic GIS special plans
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a surveying technician / geomatician
Confident handling of modern surveying instruments
Good knowledge of geographic information systems (ArcGIS)
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Good basic IT skills (MS Office)
Valid driving license (Class B / car)
