About the role

  • Director of Marketing Production & Creative Operations at Every Man Jack in California. Leading all customer-facing creative production across various channels to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production strategy for all customer-facing brand initiatives across brand, integrated, digital, omnichannel, retail, experiential, and packaging channels
  • Lead us through an elevated brand refresh this year—ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery with proactive risk management and cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with Operations Project Director to streamline project management systems (Smartsheets, Asana) and eliminate disconnects between ops and creative teams
  • Refresh and optimize the go-to-market process to address organizational changes and scale new content programs (ambassador, video, agency partners, AI integration)
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and change management across all production initiatives; employ strategic risk management and flag bottlenecks proactively
  • Orchestrate photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and all channel asset production with strategic oversight and vendor management
  • Build, mentor, and lead production team; drive strategic results via team performance and unite ops/creative teams around shared vision
  • Articulate complex production strategies to executive leadership; represent function in strategic planning forums

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in CPG marketing production, creative operations, or integrated project management within Personal Care, Beauty, or related categories
  • 5+ years leading teams and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Deep expertise in omnichannel production (photoshoots, digital, retail, experiential, packaging) and end-to-end CPG campaign workflows
  • Strategic thinker who connects production decisions to brand positioning, Dept-level OKRs, and business outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)—leverages understanding of emotions to produce positive results; graceful under pressure and instills confidence in teams
  • Executive presence with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and influence cross-functional partners
  • Advanced Smartsheet (or similar) experience required; strong point of view on project management software/programs.
