- Project Manager managing large transmission projects in Massachusetts for Eversource Energy. Ensuring project completion within scope, schedule, and budget amidst multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex transmission projects in Massachusetts
- Ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule, and within budget
- Work closely with management personnel in various functions
- Represent Eversource as the expert witness for ISO-NE CSC and other regulatory proceedings
- Manage performance of team members by identifying expectations and providing timely feedback
- Prepare written responses for regulatory proceedings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years of Project Management or related experience
- Valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License
- Through knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to schedule, plan and manage numerous complex transmission projects concurrently
- Proven leadership, teambuilding, coaching, problem solving, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret information and be sensitive to corporate strategic plans
