About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for full sales cycle in catering and hospitality industry. Engaging with clients, driving sales, and collaborating closely with management team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales and qualify incoming customer inquiries
  • Prepare customized, persuasive proposals
  • Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and closings
  • Handover to Operations — clear and structured
  • Proactively acquire corporate clients, trade show clients, large accounts and key accounts
  • Independently build a client portfolio
  • On-site appointments within approximately a 40 km radius around Munich
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Cross-selling and upselling
  • Close collaboration with the management team
  • Work in a KPI-driven way (conversion rates, closing rates, pipeline, etc.)

Requirements

  • Sales experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering
  • You understand the difference between sending a proposal and closing the deal
  • Structured working approach and a KPI-driven mindset
  • Strong communicator — reliable and persuasive
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Enthusiasm to grow with a scaling company and make a meaningful contribution
