About the role

  • Support in all administrative and operational tasks (contract archiving, invoice preparation, KPI reporting, campaign coordination)
  • Updating product information, prices, delivery dates, etc.
  • Merchandise planning, inventory control and monitoring of sell-through
  • Updating member information and providing it to member stores
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and acting as the interface between merchandise departments

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Initial professional experience in purchasing and/or e-commerce
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Result-oriented and efficient working style
  • Confident demeanor and a hands-on mentality
  • Team player with strong communication skills
