About the role
- Internal Auditor responsible for planning and conducting audits in eurobahn's management systems. Collaborating with junior auditors and ensuring compliance with relevant standards in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan, execute and follow up on audits for internal processes, management systems, and work and organizational instructions
- Systematically document findings and prepare audit reports
- Consistently track and manage corrective actions through to effectiveness verification
- Provide technical oversight of decentralized Junior Auditors (dotted line)
- Support the operation and contribute to the further development of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Own responsibility for the audit and action tracking system
- Where required: direct project leadership
Requirements
- Several years of experience in quality management/quality assurance required
- Technical or commercial training or a comparable university degree desirable
- Extensive experience in conducting audits
- Knowledge of common standards required (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001)
- Knowledge of specific regulations desirable (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/762, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/779)
- Strong conceptual skills
- Solution-oriented working style in interdisciplinary teams
- Sense of responsibility, structured and independent way of working
