About the role

  • Internal Auditor responsible for planning and conducting audits in eurobahn's management systems. Collaborating with junior auditors and ensuring compliance with relevant standards in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, execute and follow up on audits for internal processes, management systems, and work and organizational instructions
  • Systematically document findings and prepare audit reports
  • Consistently track and manage corrective actions through to effectiveness verification
  • Provide technical oversight of decentralized Junior Auditors (dotted line)
  • Support the operation and contribute to the further development of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Own responsibility for the audit and action tracking system
  • Where required: direct project leadership

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in quality management/quality assurance required
  • Technical or commercial training or a comparable university degree desirable
  • Extensive experience in conducting audits
  • Knowledge of common standards required (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001)
  • Knowledge of specific regulations desirable (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/762, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/779)
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Solution-oriented working style in interdisciplinary teams
  • Sense of responsibility, structured and independent way of working
