About the role
- Research & Operations Support enhancing Corporate Health and Social Sustainability within EUPD Research. Focused on project management, customer relations, and organizational support in Bonn.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Teams im Projektmanagement und Business Development.
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Einzel- und Teilprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Fachabteilungen: Projektmanagement, Business Development, CRM und Kommunikation.
- Ansprechpartner*in für Kunden im Rahmen unserer Corporate Health Zertifizierungen und Produktwelt.
- Koordination von Auditterminen und Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Corporate Health Events.
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Angeboten.
- Datenpflege und deren Einarbeitung in Webseiten, Proposals und Projekt-/CRM-Systeme.
- Unterstützung bei Recherchearbeiten (Kontaktdaten, Marktakteure etc.).
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Gesundheitsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Begeisterung für die praktische Projektarbeit.
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Präzises, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
- Teamplayer mit offener und kommunikativer Art.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Verständnis für die wirtschaftliche und soziale Bedeutung von Corporate Health Management für Arbeitgeber.
