About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the team in project management and business development.
- Independently implement individual and sub-projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary departments: Project Management, Business Development, CRM and Communications.
- Serve as a contact person for clients in the context of our Corporate Health certifications and product portfolio.
- Coordinate audit appointments and assist with the organization of Corporate Health events.
- Support the preparation of presentations and proposals.
- Maintain data and integrate it into websites, proposals and project/CRM systems.
- Assist with research tasks (contact details, market players, etc.).
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management or a comparable field.
- Enthusiasm for practical, hands-on project work.
- High degree of independence, commitment and reliability.
- Precise, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Team player with an open and communicative manner.
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of the economic and social importance of Corporate Health Management for employers.
- IT affinity for new software solutions and confident use of MS Office.
- (Practical) prior experience in Corporate Health Management is an advantage.
