About the role
- Manual Tester responsible for testing adiglobal.com websites in North America and EMEA. Overseeing project testing while adhering to QA policies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provides accurate and justifiable estimates for testing
- Participates in defect management from triage and creation to closure
- Ensures adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards
- Communicates effectively across the organization to adhere to stringent timelines
- Helps to mentor and develop team peer QA standards
- Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments is not compromised
- Collaborates with team members on all project related testing
- Coordinates testing with additional team members as needed
- Participates in all test cycles and performs testing with thoroughness and great attention to detail
- Reviews and provides feedback on test scripts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of website quality assurance experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and scheduling skills
- Proven ability to provide project estimates and work-breakdown schedules
- Strong English communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
