Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth of ERM’s Health & Safety and Risk Services across North America
- Influence enterprise-wide safety programs for major capital projects and operational facilities
- Deliver high-impact solutions in leadership, culture, compliance, and risk management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in technology, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of safety leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health & Safety, Human Factors, Engineering, Science, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive Health & Safety leadership experience, including consulting
- Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar sales annually
- Deep expertise in technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to shape client needs at executive levels
- Recognized technical certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar) preferred
- Established reputation and client network in the local marketplace
