Strong Human Factors & Ergonomics expertise, ideally with oil & gas industry experience and COMAH site exposure
Professional accreditation, with CIEHF Chartership highly desirable
Experienced with Human Factors integration (HFI) in engineering projects (including HFE design reviews, SCTA / QHRA assessments etc.)
The ability to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver high‑quality technical work
