Responsibilities
Analyze, prospect, and structure end-to-end insurance programs for corporate clients;
Obtain and negotiate quotes with insurers, seeking the best technical and commercial solutions;
Review policy terms and conditions to ensure alignment with client requests, and develop tailored solutions to meet clients’ specific needs;
Advise clients on coverages, exclusions, and contractual conditions;
Prepare reports and supporting materials for client presentations and internal stakeholders;
Handle renewals, new policies, endorsement requests, clarification of doubts, and other ad hoc or specific requests;
Manage documentation required for insurance contracting, ensuring regulatory compliance;
Record and organize information in the system;
Support the team with various demands.
Requirements
Previous experience in insurance brokers and/or insurance companies, with a focus on Property Insurance and RCG (Third-Party/General Liability);
Bachelor’s degree completed in Insurance Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Knowledge of product terms and risk assessment, with analytical skills to develop tailored solutions and interpret applicable regulations and legislation;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Analytical capability and ability to produce reports;
