About the role

  • Lead the Data and Addressability business at Equativ, focusing on monetizing first-party data. Collaborate with teams to drive commercial growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Strategy, and Commercial teams as the customer and commercial engine for the Data and Addressability business.
  • Actively lead high-value initiatives to monetize first-party data within the Equativ SSP.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to refine the first-party data monetization roadmap and deliver key, high-value customer projects.
  • Drive engagement with Commercial and Solutions teams, and with end customers, to deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop the go-to-market strategy for driving revenue through Alternative IDs, Clean Rooms, and Contextual signals.
  • Ensure operational excellence while managing vendor onboarding and optimizing internal workflows.

Requirements

  • Deep AdTech taxonomy: Fluency in the difference between deterministic data (logins/hashed emails) and probabilistic data (modeling based on behavior).
  • Clean Room & CDP knowledge: Technical understanding of how Customer Data Platforms (CDPs like mParticle, Segment) and Clean Rooms (e.g., InfoSum) integrate with an SSP.
  • Strong understanding of major identity solutions: Expert knowledge of UID2.0 (The Trade Desk), RampID (LiveRamp), ID5, Panorama ID (Lotame).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changing privacy factors (Topics API, Protected Audience API) and how they impact buy- and sell-side operations.
