About the role

  • Software Engineer creating high-quality software solutions for Condeco's business clients using .NET technologies. Designing RESTful APIs and collaborating within a fast-paced Agile team.

Responsibilities

  • Create APIs aligned with REST best practices and specifications.
  • Participate in requirements review and clarify technical scope and assumptions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key modules, ensuring quality, performance, and security.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code using .NET programming languages (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
  • Test and deploy applications and systems; revise, update, refactor, and debug code as needed.
  • Improve existing software via continuous, industry-standard refactoring approaches.
  • Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Design and implement multi-tier software solutions using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, Web API, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced team delivering IT solutions to Condeco business clients.
  • Contribute ideas and implementations during hackathons and innovation sprints.
  • Work within Agile practices, participating in ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Support and help mature CI/CD pipelines and automation for build, test, and deployment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a .NET Developer.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience building RESTful services with Web API.
  • Front-end experience with Angular (developing and integrating with .NET backends).
  • Solid understanding of design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller).
  • Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL Database, DevOps).
  • Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong debugging, code refactoring, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities.
