Requirements
- Educational background in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading technical projects from concept to delivery, including planning, follow-up, and risk management
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, coordinating R&D, production, and customer-facing teams
- Knowledge of technical systems, material properties, and product development processes
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Preferably experience of driving projects in an international environment
