About the role

  • Client Services Support Coordinator providing administrative support at a healthcare staffing company. Responsible for candidate management and client communications while working remotely with some onsite days.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting jobs, updating records, and maintaining accurate candidate and client information in internal systems.
  • Help screen incoming applications for completeness and route candidates to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with coordinating interviews by scheduling calls, confirming availability, and preparing basic details for the Client Solutions team.
  • Support candidate communication by sending templated messages, gathering required documents, and assisting with follow-up.
  • Help collect client requirements, job details, and supporting information for candidate submissions.
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and tracking logs for candidate pipelines, submissions, and client activity.
  • Assist with reference requests, credential collection, and other verification tasks as assigned.
  • Support preparation of simple reports, lists, and trackers for the team.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with special projects, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives and support other team functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
