About the role
- Principal Product Manager leading AI-powered solutions at Epicor. Responsible for strategic direction, product lifecycle management, and customer insights in technology-driven markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI agents, ensuring alignment with customer needs and emerging technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to validate use cases, prototype solutions, and deliver high-impact AI products
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI product portfolios—from ideation through launch and iterative improvement
- Prioritize enhancements and customer requests to maximize product ROI and market differentiation
- Evaluate pricing strategies using customer value and ROI analysis to support scalable growth
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including beta programs, sales enablement, and reference materials
- Facilitate customer advisory meetings to gather insights and validate product direction
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in product management with a strong track record in launching and scaling technology products
- 2+ years’ experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
- Proven expertise in customer discovery, strategic road mapping, and lifecycle management
- Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and technologies
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with ROI modeling and pricing strategy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Experience with SaaS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling, including prompt engineering, RAG, and evals
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise software environments
- Exposure to data engineering concepts and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#.
