About the role

  • SaaS Consultant supporting customers in the successful launch of ChatCaptain platform. Collaborating with clients and optimizing platform based on their feedback.

Responsibilities

  • You support and guide our customers in the successful launch of our chat and voice-bot platform, ChatCaptain.
  • You act as a sparring partner for our customers and independently set up processes for them.
  • You monitor our customers and their use of our platform and provide ongoing support.
  • You gather customer requests and feedback and drive continuous optimization of our platform.

Requirements

  • You are an excellent communicator and experienced in customer-facing roles.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the B2B and/or SaaS sector.
  • You have experience with process modeling tools.
  • You have an IT background and are experienced with APIs and integrations.
  • You have a quick grasp and enjoy solving complex problems.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You have good German and English language skills.
