About the role
- SaaS Consultant supporting customers in the successful launch of ChatCaptain platform. Collaborating with clients and optimizing platform based on their feedback.
Responsibilities
- You support and guide our customers in the successful launch of our chat and voice-bot platform, ChatCaptain.
- You act as a sparring partner for our customers and independently set up processes for them.
- You monitor our customers and their use of our platform and provide ongoing support.
- You gather customer requests and feedback and drive continuous optimization of our platform.
Requirements
- You are an excellent communicator and experienced in customer-facing roles.
- Ideally, you have experience in the B2B and/or SaaS sector.
- You have experience with process modeling tools.
- You have an IT background and are experienced with APIs and integrations.
- You have a quick grasp and enjoy solving complex problems.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You have good German and English language skills.
