About the role
- SaaS Consultant supporting clients in Flensburg with our ChatCaptain platform. Ensuring successful implementation and continuous support for clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- You support and guide our customers in successfully getting started with our chat and voicebot platform, ChatCaptain.
- You act as a sparring partner for our clients and independently set up processes for them.
- You monitor our customers and their use of our platform and provide ongoing support.
- You collect customer requests and feedback and drive the improvement of our platform.
Requirements
- You are a strong communicator and experienced in customer-facing roles.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the B2B or SaaS sector.
- You have experience with process modeling tools.
- You have an IT background and are proficient with APIs and integrations.
- You have a quick grasp and enjoy solving challenging problems.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You have good German and English skills.
