About the role

  • Sales Specialist at DEXIS growing advanced intraoral scanner sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales of advanced intraoral scanner (IOS) by finding self-generated leads and following up on leads from marketing campaigns
  • Conduct frequent product demonstrations virtually and present product features in a clear manner
  • Respond to technical and clinical questions during demonstrations
  • Document demo outcomes and customer feedback in CRM for continuous improvement
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals to customers and negotiate terms to close deals
  • Stay informed on dental technology trends and adjacent products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years in dental technology, dental practice support, or medical device demonstrations (virtual experience preferred)
  • Proficient with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams) and screen-sharing tools
  • Exceptional verbal presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with dental professionals
  • Background in dental hygiene, dental assisting, or related field is a plus
