About the role

  • Graphic Designer developing visually engaging branding and marketing materials for a global IT services leader. Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance business objectives through design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials, including social media content, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and brand assets.
  • Design and maintain cohesive brand visuals across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs and campaign objectives into impactful visuals.
  • Create and refine brand identities, logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines.
  • Design digital assets such as social media posts, web banners, email templates, and infographics.
  • Support video production and motion graphics (basic editing, simple animations).
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance output quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of **3–5 years of professional design experience** (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.
  • Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiar with **After Effects** and **Premiere Pro** (optional)
  • Experience with **Figma**, **Sketch**, or **Adobe XD** for UI/UX
  • Knowledge of **AI design tools** (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E)
  • Comfortable with **Microsoft Office / Google Workspace** for brand presentations and documentation.
  • Strong background in **branding and visual identity**
  • Excellent command of **typography**, **color theory**, and **layout**
  • Skilled in **illustration**, **storyboarding**, and **visual**
  • Experience in both **print** and **digital**
  • Proficiency in **photo editing**, **infographics**, and **concept**
  • Ability to maintain **brand consistency** and translate **marketing briefs** into visuals.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to feedback and iterative processes.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
