About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating engaging digital and editorial assets for B2B SaaS company Alpega Group in hybrid role. Join a multicultural team focused on creative visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Designing assets for digital campaigns: social media (including scroll-stopping carousels and content that grabs attention), blog graphics, banners, email headers, web materials
  • Creating editorial content like reports, guides, one-pagers, and pitch decks. You'll turn complicated information into something clear, engaging, and easy to read
  • Using data visualisation to make insights pop (charts, infographics, visual storytelling)
  • Designing materials for events: booth graphics, signage, presentations, swag
  • Building PowerPoint templates that actually look amazing and are easy for non-designers to use
  • Expert-level use of AI tools to generate and refine visual content, from creating compelling imagery to enhancing photos, generating illustrations, and exploring creative concepts quickly

Requirements

  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or similar professional/tech industries
  • Strong editorial design skills. You know how to structure reports, guides, and long-form content so they're readable and visually engaging
  • Solid understanding of data visualisation: turning numbers and insights into clear, compelling graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
  • Expert use of AI tools for visual content creation. You're highly skilled at generating images, enhancing photography, creating illustrations, and bringing creative ideas to life using the latest AI platforms
  • Creativity and flexibility. You're happy working across different formats and adapting your style to suit the brief
  • Strong understanding of social media content. You know how to create impactful, scroll-stopping content and visuals that drive engagement
  • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken) — you'll be working with copy, creating materials for international audiences, and collaborating with a multilingual team
  • The ability to work independently, take feedback well, and move quickly
  • Nice to have: A knack for designing presentation templates and pitch decks that stand out
  • Experience creating event materials (booths, signage, branded assets)
  • Spanish language skills
