About the role

  • Online Marketing Manager at Die enventa Group enhancing email campaigns and lead generation through B2B strategies. Focusing on automation, performance analysis, and SEO optimization.

Responsibilities

  • You plan, run and optimize email campaigns end-to-end — from newsletters and triggered messages to nurturing and reactivation — and use AI daily for briefings, copy, personalization and analysis.
  • You orchestrate automated journeys across the entire funnel for our B2B audiences and continuously improve segmentation, personalization and scoring in close coordination with Product Owners and Sales.
  • You analyze the performance of your initiatives using KPIs such as deliverability, open rate (OR), click-through rate (CTR), conversion and pipeline contribution, and conduct systematic A/B tests to derive and implement optimizations.
  • You continuously maintain and develop our website and implement high-performing landing pages for campaigns, events and content offers — ideally in Webflow.
  • You ensure on-page and technical SEO, strengthen internal linking and use geo- and AI-supported optimizations to increase visibility and relevance.
  • You continuously evaluate Core Web Vitals, load times, traffic sources and conversions, and develop measures to increase visitors, conversions and brand awareness (e.g., content hubs, CRO tests, lead magnets).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in online marketing — whether via a degree or a career switch: what matters is your drive and impact
  • Solid expertise in email marketing and marketing automation, ideally with HubSpot
  • You think in end-to-end campaigns and customer journeys and understand digital marketing processes
  • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably related to software/IT and complex buying centers
  • Analytical strength, a structured way of working and enthusiasm for testing, learning and scaling
  • Your marketing & CRM tools: HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable tools
  • CMS & web: Webflow, TYPO3 or WordPress
  • Analytics & tagging: Matomo, eTracker, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
  • SEO & research: Semrush, Sistrix, Search Console
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, UX/CRO, testing tools (e.g., VWO), Data Studio/Looker
