About the role

  • Technical Product Owner leading the development of B2C and B2B user portals at enovetic. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and user-centered solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Product responsibility for user portals: Together with the Business Owner, you develop the product vision, implement it, and prioritize requirements for our solutions in the areas of work, health, and retirement provision.
  • Strategic planning: You plan and manage the continuous optimization of the existing portal landscape and define the conceptual foundations as well as the backlog and milestones for future new developments.
  • Technical focus: You dive deep into our existing portal and legacy landscape, analyze structures, logic and system dependencies, and use this knowledge as a basis for sustainable technical and functional enhancements.
  • Agile collaboration: In an agile, cross-functional team you work closely with stakeholders, users and developers to create high-quality, user-centered solutions that meet both business requirements and technical constraints.
  • End-to-end ownership: From requirements to rollout, you are responsible for prioritization, acceptance testing and success measurement — ensuring sustained product value.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, and at least 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally in developing and evolving software solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding, particularly in software development, system architectures, APIs and system integrations.
  • Willingness and ability to work deeply into the existing legacy solution to fully understand its functionality and potential.
  • High level of conceptual thinking; ability to formulate complex requirements clearly and precisely and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and the ability to apply them effectively in your day-to-day work.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
